Washing instructions for the Baby Protect mattress protector

The Baby Protect mattress protector is the only one on the market that is machine washable at 60°C. If you check the care label of your Baby Protect, you will see some icons. Below you will find a convenient guide explaining the meaning of the icons and some extra washing tips for your Baby Protect mattress protector.

Machine washable at 60°C

The Baby Protect is washable at 60°C on a normal programme. This will kill any bacteria and will ensure your mattress protector is completely clean again.

 

Bleaching allowed

You can bleach the Baby Protect mattress protector with chlorine or oxygen bleach.

 

 

 

Do not tumble dry

It is best not to tumble dry the Baby Protect. You can line dry your mattress protector outside or on a drying rack.

 

 

Do not iron

The AeroSleep Baby Protect does not require ironing. You will barely see any folds or creases. 

 

 

Professional dry clean with tetrachloroethylene

 Professional dry clean with tetrachloroethylene is allowed. Cleaning process without restrictions. Commercial solvent-based stain removers can be used with some limitations. It is advisable to try this on a hidden area of the item.

Washing your Sleep Safe Pack mattress covers

The mattress covers are also machine washable, so there is no need to worry if the mattress got dirty. You can safely wash the Essential, Evolution and Natural mattress cover packs at 60°C.

Machine washable at 60°C, mild programme

The drum must not be more than two thirds full. Only select a prewash if the fabric is very dirty. Avoid spinning or spin for short periods only.

 

Do not tumble dry

It is best not to tumble dry the mattress cover. You can line dry your mattress cover outside or on a drying rack.

 

Do not bleach

Bleaching is not permitted. Only use bleach-free detergents.

 

 

 

Do not iron

The AeroSleep Essential, Evolution and Natural mattress covers do not require ironing. You will barely see any folds or creases. 

 

Professional dry clean with hydrocarbon solvent only

Professional dry clean with hydrocarbon is allowed without restrictions. Solvent-based commercial stain removers must not be used.

Washing your Fitted Sheet

You can easily wash the AeroSleep Fitted Sheet at 60°C to kill all bacteria and other bed bugs and have a completely clean fitted sheet again.

Machine washable at 60°C

The Fitted Sheet is washable at 60°C on a normal programme. This will kill bacteria and will ensure that your fitted sheet is completely clean again.

 

Do not bleach

Bleaching is not permitted. Only use bleach-free detergents.

Normal tumble dry

Tumble drying at a normal load and temperature (max. 80°C) is permitted without any further restrictions.

 

 

 

Iron at medium temperature

The maximum sole plate temperature is 150°C, which corresponds to the polyacrylic, polyamide (nylon), acetate setting. Shiny or pressure-sensitive items must be ironed inside out or with an ironing cloth between the fabric and the iron. Be very careful with steam. Preferably use no steam. Do not stretch while ironing.

This mattress cover is machine washable at 30°C on a normal washing programme.
