Not good customer service
"I ordered the evolution mattress and the mattress protection 83×50 cm for my baby's co-sleeping bed and I got smaller sizes, which is not safe for my baby. I contacted the customer service by email 2 times, 8 days ago and 3 days ago and nobody answered me. Not professional. Hopefully my baby doesn't born earlier."

"Ik had perongeluk een dubbele bestelling geplaatst. Gelijk via de mail contact opgenomen met aerosleep. Dezelfde dag nog reactie gekregen dat ze hebben geprobeerd de bestelling te annuleren, maar dat het niet zeker is of het was gelukt vanwege het automatisch verwerken van orders. Vervolgens maar één matras ontvangen, maar nooit mijn geld terug gehad voor de tweede matras. Meerdere malen per mail contact opgenomen, maar al weken geen reactie. Als ik probeer te bellen zijn ze door “uitzonderlijke omstandigheden” niet bereikbaar…."

Everything wrong
"2 weeks trying to contact you! 😡 no telephone answer and no email answer! You have the worst service. You made a mistake with my order, you sent me wrong sizes, you don't answer my emails, my calls, I can't bring the product to a mail point to give you back cause I'm 34 weeks pregnant (with risk pregnancy) and my husband works all day long. Even if I have options to go, I have to pay the costs???? Are you kidding me? You made the mistake, you should come to pick it up! It's been almost 2 weeks since I contacted you for the first time and I have just 14 days to give back the product. That's amazing, sorry. I've never seen such a bad customer service."
